What we collect
Through the booking form: name, phone number, email if you give it, the service you need, your preferred date and time, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the website you came from (for example a search engine or an assistant such as ChatGPT). This is read from the page you are on and is not stored on your device.
Why, and on what basis
We use your data only to answer your request, arrange your visit or booking and, if you decide so, prepare a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Knowing which channel requests come from helps us understand where to promote the space: this is our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
How long
If the request does not lead to a booking or contract, we delete your data within 12 months. Otherwise we keep it for as long as tax and civil law require.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives form data as a processor. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, with a pre-written message you can edit before sending. WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies.
Cookies
This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use by writing to info@hyblacoworking.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
